Roles and responsibilities

  • Reports to the Head – Content Marketing
  • Planning, execution and delivery of end-to-end marketing collaterals for B2B and B2C clients
  • Delivery management and co-ordination with writers – internal and/or freelancers, campaign specialists, SEO specialists, social media specialists, SEM/email marketing specialists, design and development teams
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of social media marketing, SEO, copy writing, marketing automation and website development
  • Supervision and management of strategies/campaigns and execute plans to grow brand awareness, preference, engagement, ROI and ultimately increase revenue and margin from both new and existing customers
  • Management and mentorship of the team(s) to deliver their best work
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends, technology and best practices
  • Budget estimation and management for development of content and marketing assets
  • Creation of content and marketing calendars with strict adherence timelines, while managing multiple deliveries, and consistently communicating with internal stakeholders on the delivery roadmap.


Desired experience

  • 5-7 years’ experience in content marketing and digital marketing for B2B and B2C clients
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Team management experience
  • Experience in content creation, management, SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing
  • Experience in Marketing Automation a plus
  • Good feel for trends, and ability to turn ideas into compelling stories and copy
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism and/or Communications, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Ability to strategically manage time in order to meet multiple deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly — comfortable and confident in an ambiguous environment

Plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives. In short, be the sole owner of every event for the Internal Communications program for employees, and support other PR/HR events as needed.

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with ideas and organizational skills that don’t leave anything about an event to chance, and use their planning, coordinating, writing skills to create materials and organize events.

Essential

      • Ability to write emails in good business English
      • Imaginative with Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
      • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities for every event
      • Previous budget responsibility and contract negotiation experience, managing of vendors, supervising the set-up
      • Travel to onsite inspections and project managing events
      • Responsible for and staying within project budgets from start to finish
      • Co-ordinate with various stakeholders in the company
        without being reminded
      • Approve all aspects of the event well in advance
      • Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
      • Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports

Requirements

      • Proven 4+ years’ experience as an events person, especially for
        large-scale internal events for employees including All-Hands meetings and other signature events with at least 1000+ attendees
      • Preferred experience domain — media, technology, and/or retail industries — and in a multinational company
      • Degree, preferably in communication and marketing or related field
      • Skilled in project management
      • Knowledge of KPIs, trackers and marketing techniques for
        event management
      • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
      • Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • A knack for problem-solving
      • Customer-service orientation
      • A team player with the ability to work with all levels of employees, including senior leaders

The Content Writer (Technology) is a creative person and accomplished writer who can conceptualize content and help put the blocks in place to ensure quality prose. The person should be able to understand the industry, client environment and the reader’s aspirations and help write content that will engage. Our content is mainly developed for B2B audiences.

The candidate needs to understand the brief, develop key messages and liaise closely with the client’s communication team, other stakeholders and Yorke Communications to develop the right content.

Responsibilities

      • Ensuring that communication flows effectively

Experience
